"my stay there became a nightmare i was robbed of my deposit"

I was told I broke the jacuzzi, but I never did. even used it, and just like that, my deposit was held; the host was terrible to me. I do not wish to stay in that place ever again.

"The stay was the worse."

Nothing....worse apartment I have ever booked at Zimbali estate

The jacuzzi was not working The light outside were not working The host did not return the breakage fee

The views from the apartment and the serene environment

The photos vs the apartment were deceiving and was not as depicted on the website. Seems like urgent maintaince is required on the apartment mainly for the exterior. Aircons was out of order as well.
