Location and the view was breathtaking. Definitely I will recommend Zimbali to anyone

I suggest clear instructions of using facilities ie tv was not activated, jacuzzi took a decade to be warm

"A stunning unit in a great location, however, a disappointing experience due to the issues listed."

Location is great

The aircon was not working. They had fans provided but due to the high temperatures it circulated the hot air, so it was very uncomfortable throughout the stay. The gas braai didn't work with bad damage so had to use the oven to prepare meals. My son's ear pods was taken from his room.

The location was perfect, breakfast at the Capital Hotel was just ok.

We were not happy with the service at all. 1. The Gas braai was not working, no one checked prior our check-in and were not shown how it works, we had to call for assistance. 2. The aircon was not working, a total disappointment in this terrible heat 3. Dstv was not working, we called for a tech to assist, however no one came by 4. Jacuzzi was not working 5. The apartment needed a serious deep cleaning, you could tell that the curtains have not been washed in a while they were dirty, not a good sight.
