Peebles House - Coorie Doon Apartments

Fantastic location, would definitely return if coming to Ayr.

The toilet seat was wobbly

Beautiful apartment,clean and very comfortable.

Only slight criticism, ialthough it states that messages are responded to in 24 hours, I never received a response to my query despite the message being seen.

Apartment was clean beds were comfortable staff were accommodating was a 10/15 minutes walk to the town.

The entrance to the apartment could do with a good clean up was very grubby! the shower door was broken one side was hanging off and it could have done with a better clean we had to clean before using it! Pillows could do with being updated very flat,The front door was extremely sticky resulting in ourselves and another couple staying in an other apartment being locked out thankfully my mother had stayed in the apartment but the guy from another apartment wanted to try and climb through our window to gain access! He didn't fit and after around 20 minutes of working with the door and the key we finally gained access! The next morning we woke to the main door lock having been removed meaning the outside door didn't lock this left us feeling a little vulnerable as anyone could then enter the apartment block we could however lock the door to our apartment.
