The place was beautiful value for money. Walking details to W&A. I really enjoyed my stay

The only challenge was I had booked through bookings.com and everyday I had to call the agent for room service and on the days that I forgot to report I will come back and found the room not cleaned. My suggestion is for the room service to be provided every day.

"Enjoyable stay in Cape Town. Apartment met our needs."

Staff friendly, plenty of room in apartment. Close to resturaunts and V and A waterfront. Parking secure. Inverter available during load shedding.

Low water pressure, apartment a bit cool due to the lower temperatures outside.

"Backup power supple made our stay almost more enjoyable"

The inverter really helped through the loadshedding crisis. The hotel itself is beautiful with a great location. The bed was comfy.

The geyser is only turned on at certain set times. The shower water pressure was terrible. Very few and basic amenities. There was dirty food spillage in one of the kitchen draws.

"With the improvements, i would use the Cape Royal again and refer friends."

I love the location. the apartment is clean. although our flight was in the evening, they allowed us to leave our suitcase on the lobby. I am grateful they did that. i felt safe. I love Cape Town; I'm planning to visit again with my daughter in the near future.

My husband and I traveled on winter season. The fact that the apartment was cold during our stay. warm blanket was only work on one side. was told would be fix , but they never came. After 15hrs flights, wanted to take a shower but wasn't able to because the heat wasn't on our arrival. the customer service needs to improve a bit. Because it's a busy season was asked to check out at 10AM. Asking us to checkout 30 minutes earlier the original time based on the contract and the light was off @9:30. Luckily, we were about to exit the apartment when it happened.

The room was clean warm and very comfortable. Staff were very nice welcoming and helpful.

To check in and out it can be a mission to find parking in the main road when the street becomes busy. But I guess there’s not a lot they can necessarily do about that
