Luxury Apartment, Near V&A Waterfront and CPT Stadium

Spacious enought.

Aircon not working. Bathroom Basin tap totally loose.

Great location and apartment. Super easy to access and travel to the rest of Cape Town

The reception check in wasn’t super inviting when checking in and we were left unsure of where to go, what to do, how to park the car etc… but a quick call with the host of the property sorted this out

Easy and fast check in

coffeepods did not fit in the machine. There were no tea bags. Luckily there was a coffeeshop on the ground floor that opens early

Good location to v&A. strong wifi even during load shedding. You could has as much as daily cleaning and they were very responsive to our request to only have cleaning once. Manager mostly very responsive via WhatsApp He’d very comfortable

Ran out of electricity and couldn’t get a top up for general hours! Struggled to keep aircon on at night. Fridge always beeped after load shedding - also disturbing sleep. We couldn’t safely leave windows open at night for the breeze as the 2nd floor location was level with part of the carpark so anyone could climb onto the balcony. There were dead coakroaches in the shared hallway that were but swept away during the 6 days we were there. The appt itself though was very clean. Toiletries there were basic (not luxury)

It’s incredibly luxurious and affordable for what it is. Actually unbelievable

The location, interior

The floor, it was too low… I wanted the view from the balcony. The staff at the reception didn’t tell us himself anything about pool and other facilities of the building.

It's a bit of a catch-22 Everything looks great, but when you walk into the lobby and talk to the staff, everything gets out of control. Poor personal attention Unsafe rooms. Room entrance doors malfunctioning when we put the key in. Dirty kitchen. No shower gel and no water pressure. Inverter makes a terrible noise. You can't sleep at night with that noise. Check in horrible and many problems with check out. Bad communication with the people in the lobby and the manager who gives you directions. Worst experience in Cape Town
