Very little hot water so we felt cold most of the time - apartment very cold too - not much in the way of heating The geyser should not be on a timer when renting

The building and environment are exquisite. The location is ideal, very close to the city, waterfront, and public transport if needed. Our room was very spacious and felt homely. The area is surrounded by quality restaurants. We will book again.

It was raining, and water had pooled in the hallways. The staff spread cardboard to absorb the water, which seemed unusual for a facility of this kind. In our apartment, cold air seeped in through small gaps in the windows during the windy storm, making the room very cold. The bedding fabric was white and of good quality, but there was a brown blanket on the bed with visible whitish residue. We prefer white bedding only, as it doesn't hide any residue on the fabric.

I loved the location, support stuff besides one person and the resources in the room. Also, management team is super responsive.

I had a horrible experience during check in as a security guard by the name of Mzolisi Joka treated me like trash from the time I walked into the facility. I will always be haunted by his face and how untouchable he acted. Even upon me informing him that he was being rude and acting in a horrid manner for no reason, he continued to create an unsafe environment and I felt harassed and endangered. That's a big red flag for women traveling alone so please be cautious of such as it we live in a GBV Capital. I'm haunted by his behavior.
