Fabulous stay at the waterfront. We paid extra for location and convenience and were not disappointed. The apartment itself was well appointed and in a great location on the complex. However, the check in process was painful. Over an hour - the system was down and the security guard was having to do approvals manually. She was not happy and had to keep finding excuses to take breaks/complain. The queue to get apartment keys was building and she went off on a walk. The reservation and reception staff had no control of the situation.

Somewhat tatty, not well maintained. A lot of fittings hanging off the wall, drawers not well cleaned. Advised property rep but didn’t get response on this. Some features not really well represented in advert.

Set up for apartment worked well with bedroom separate from living room and kitchen. Rooftop pool and area nice. Friendly staff to support your needs. Good building security.

Major construction started 7 am 6 days a week. Aspect receives evening sun so you have to close all curtains. No AC only fans. To get air flow you need to open balcony doors however easily accessed by car park, which it is above so I felt unsafe and unable to get fresh air. Poorly equipped kitchen. No toaster. No baking dishes. No coffee plunger. No tea/coffee. Bed extremely soft and no choice of pillows. Large soft pillows uncomfortable.
