Luxury Apartment, Near V&A Waterfront and CPT Stadium

The location of the apartment is great and close top many restaurants and shops

Booking in was a mossion , there were no receptionists to assist. In the end a member of security assisted in getting our keys. No one explaoned to us how to get to the apartment or where the parking is. The apartment needs some TLC. The bedding had stains. Some of the downlights were not working . The walls have some cracks and marks. The front door is incredibly heavy to open and has damage to it physically. The shower mixer looks bad , installation done poorly and the plug of the bath would not work. We were supplied wit two satchets milk for 2 nights for 2 people. No milk , no water. No shower gel or soap. I would normally not complain about these type of things but for what we were charged to stay there I feel the above should have been sorted beforehand. I feel dissapointed in what we paid for and what we got.

Appartnent lacked basics like plates ect. Thers cutlery even pots and pans but no plates.

Location was great and staff were amazing.

Rooms felt dated.

Zentrumsnah gelegen. Nähe dem Stadium gelegen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal beim Gästeservice und in der Lobby. Gesicherter Parkplatz. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Zimmer.

WIFI funktioniert nicht oder ist sehr langsam. Besteck war nicht sauber. Warmwasser in der Brause, war nach kurzer Zeit kalt und wurde nicht mehr warm, auch die Wassermenge war nicht gerade viel. Zu viele "Bedienungsanleitungen" die überall auf den Wänden aufgeklebt sind. Z.Bsp.: auf der Mikrowelle ist ein Aufkleber mit "Microwave" Kein Geschirrspüler

Lage war super!

Hat nichts mit Luxus zu tun. Eher mittelmässig. Schmutzig, zusammen gezimmert und überall Zettel mit irgendwelchen hinweisen. Dachterrasse war toll.
