Stunning Views, the Sea & Table Mountain!

We liked the safety, comfort, location, view...in short...we loved everything about this lovely apartment.

The apartment is very luxurious and have everything you need for a great stay. Loved the washing machine. The views are spectacular.

The description says there is a dishwasher but there was a tumble dryer. The 3 cups were chipped. The cables for the roller blinds in the room could not work and we had to sleep with the blind open, a drawer in the dressing table were also hanging skew, TV in the room was also not working. My husband fixed it and I did not report it. There is a bad smell as you enter the apartment from the drain. Definitely no in room amenities as per the description " Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne ". The carpet in the room is also torn and must be replaced. I did not see a desk to work or the clothing dry rack. I think the ad needs to be updated.

Beautiful views, apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything you needed

No cleaning services during our stay (3days) A lady at reception was extremely rude to my husband when he was enquiry about a tag, literally slammed the door in front of him. She wasn’t helpful at all, she even said we are just visiting there😕

Location, spacious, coffee machine, late checkin, and the view

The location was stunning with a breathtaking ocean view. Falling asleep to the crashing sound of the waves was heavenly and waking up to the ocean view was everything.

There is nothing to fault about the property. Everything was exceptional

The fact that there were no extra blankets because it was very cold at night

The view Is exceptional and the apartment is situated in a beautiful area. -The pictures matched everything which was amazing.

-Communication from manager/owner of property is very poor. We arrived at the gate and no one came to open yet I informed him in time that we had arrived ,the cleaning lady came maybe about 10 mins later after we had been shouted at with one of the residents for blocking the gateway.It made me feel like i was trespassing, reception emergency number no one would open either. -The place gets cold at night and no air con,the heater barely produced heat. -Television in the bedroom we couldn't use, I asked for sign In details for netflix alone but got nothing until I left.
