The only good thing about the property is the proximity to shopping centers and restaurants.

The rooms are small with no air conditioning and no windows. We found cockroaches during our stay. There was no electricity during our stay. If the management doesn’t want towels stained then might as well not give your guests towels because it’s very ridiculous to expect “white” towels not to be stained after use. We were left with the same towels we received the first day we arrived, no towel change whatsoever and you expect towels not to be stained? That’s ridiculous! Also what “self catering accommodation” doesn’t provide you with a stove and pots to cater for yourself? Very disappointing!

It was located in a very good area in Gqeberha and not far from the beach.

I didn’t like that I was given single beds which weren’t long enough for me to fit. A lady called to warn me that they might give me the single beds but I thought the linen would be that of a double bed which means having the 2 single beds covered with a double bed sheet. I also didn’t know it would be short as my feet were overlapping. The single bed duvet was also not long enough to cover me.

I love the place.

The fact that I had to pay R1650 because of stains on the bedding. If it was blood stains I would have understood why they took the money. But it was food stains. So if the stains were soaked than the stains would have removed

The staff at reception was very lovely.
