"When I arrived at the property, I observed a stain on the bedding, and the sheets were wrinkled. The balcony was dirty,"

Property is close to a lot of places, the beach and many restaurants

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and stained (the owner should replace it), and the pendant lights by the bed tend to overheat.
