Quietness and privacy

What a beautiful location!! Frank was very helpful in getting us settled into our cottage. The cottage is old and rustic, but clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the bath (shower is outside).

Tall people must be careful when walking through a door as the doors are very low. My husband bumped his head a few times :)

We loved the location in and amongst nature. It was very tranquil and peaceful

The cottage was charming, the surrounds breathtaking, the river, apple orchard and bees made you feel immersed in nature not too far from Houw Hoek Farm Stall and Peregrine, and the fire place really made the stay memorable.

Such a stunning location. Very peaceful and the bird life is awesome.

There was nothing that I didn't like, but just a suggestion for me would be to have a mop in the communal shower area and in the cottages.

we ended leaving without shower and the shower tap broke also there water flowing Infront of the property due to pipe leaking fireplace doesn't work properly so there was smoke in the house the kitchen utensils are substandard quality

Self-catering facilities with all equipment, cutlery and crockery neccessary for comfortable meal preparation - picture perfect outdoor areas for barbeque and al fresco lunches under lush trees or picnic!

Everything satisfactory - wish we had more time to explore the surrounds and nature.
