Location - good

1. Shower oulet blocked - took a long time to drain 2. No plugs in rooms to fit bedlamps 3. Extraction fan in bathroom did not work - we tried all the switches 4. A lot of curtain hooks are missing 5. Toaster and kettle did not work - we tried them at other outlets as well (The Microwave on the same multiplug worked!) 6. Very dim light in bottom toilet

Lovely area and clean.

Parking was a problem.

Location fantastic. Ease of access to unit. View and sound of crashing waves soothing. Contact and quick responses from Vuvu.

No welcome feel.. Coffee station could not be used as everything was hard in containers and no milk supplied as expected. Curtains was hung extremely bad and really off putting. Couch need to be replaced. Pillows in bed rooms need to be replaced as it is all flat and out of shape. The duvet too small for size of bed in main bedroom. Lack of plugs and lack of conveniently placed plugs for charging phones or using hair drier. Washing machine had to be cleaned as it was extremely dirty. Although everything was available there was just no thought put into hospitality and a homely stay. Cupboards and drawers still had junk in and cleaning materials empty and no brushes or cleaning cloths made available. The bucket with dirty cloths outside front door was frowned upon.

The location was excellent. All facilities were as described. Bring own 2-point plugs for charging phones - plugs were a bit of an issue

The bedside lamps could not be used as can not be plugged in as cord to short in both rooms. The braai grid was very dirty and probably have not been cleaned for a whle - we opted to use our own grid and eat out. WiFi password not visible and had to wait a while after having to request it. The kettle just switched off before water was boiled for some reason. Torches for loadshedding did not work or have batteries - we needed to use it to switch over to watertank due to water interruptions experienced The water tank outside could not be used because of a leak when switched over.
