The place is clean with very comfortable beds,nice views.shopping centre and restaurants nearby I recommend for family

The location was perfect and everything around the flat

Parking poor, flat very old inside eg furniture and decor. Towels very old, kitchen utensils very old, patio facilities poor, for the money even in season wasn't very worth it. Check in, place wasn't readily available only had handover by 16:00. Check out was basically before time. As I opened the door to start taking bags down the owner or owners brother was basically standing at the door before opening. Not sure how long he was standing there very creepy in a way.

Need to pay a little attention to the spider webs when cleaning

Property is very old, inside stinks the Towels are old, the beds are uncomfortable, the facility smells as you walk in.

My stay was extremely unpleasant The entire apartment had a foul smell The fridge and freezer were not cleaned, there was a piece of raw meat in the freezer. The bedding in the 3rd bedroom was stained with the interior of the cupboard having yellow stains inside and smelling terribly. The main bedroom's linen was creased. Many of the towels had an acrid smell Many surfaces within the apartment had not been cleaned and were dusty. Cupboard door handles were filthy with black marks and fingerprints. The parking was quite far from the apartment with objects hanging from the ceiling with others around the parking area. The garage was extremely small and my vehicle was unable to fit. On speaking to the owner, Izaak (Shoombie) he responded in an extremely abrupt and rude manner. When I explained that my vehicle was unable to fit, he told me "exercise a bit and fit the car inside"  and mentioned that we should either pay R200 per night for another uncovered parking spot or park outside. "Pay the price, park outside, or find another place to stay" were the exact words of the owner. Regarding the state of the apartment, we spoke to both the owner and housekeeper. The owner's response was "exercise patience, and wait." Two days later, and we are still waiting. The housekeeper said that she was at home already and would come the next day initially. Thereafter, she said that she would make arrangements for someone else to come and clean the place. However, no one arrived throughout our stay. We had to clean many items prior to usage.

Value for money, best location it was ncaa.
