The location was great easy walking distance to resturants & shops. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lagoon very picturesque.

We had a problem accessing the property. The phone number we were given did not answer. We were locked outside of the gates to the apartments. It was only when a resident came and helped us out letting us in and making a phone call the the owner. This whole process took an hour which was very disappointing and distressing after a 9 hour drive. We also were without power for 24 hours on our last day.

"Apart from the location, I felt this apartment was a bit of a let down"

The main bathroom had mould, the furniture was quite dated and the apartment had an old smell. spiderwebs in the bedroom

"Old and tired needing refurbished"

Laguna Grove is in a very good position, close to the town but also on the waterfront.

Number 50 is old, and tired surfaces are either burnt or chiped. The whole unit needs to be refurbished. This is a pity as we saw number 48 owned by the same person, and it was lovely. The difference between them is no. 50 is 3 bedroom,48 is 2 bedroom. My advice is that unless you need 3 beds, stay somewhere else in Laguna Grove until such time it is refurbished.

Perfect location within walking distance of the waterfront. Flat was clean and comfortable. Attractive paintings on the walls. Wonderful hard shower in the main bathroom.

No shower in main en suite. Shower above bath would be a bonus. Nescafé coffee machine would be very nice. Would be nice to have two single beds in second room converted into one King size bed with a mattress converter. Was very hot so top sheets would have been a nice addition. Single garage allocated was almost impossible for our Fortuna to squeeze into. We ended up parking in the street.
