"The host needs to manage the bookings, when we called to arrange check in she said she was not aware of our check in on"

Nothing at all, except being at the lagoon.

The bed mattress are finished..we hardly slept they were very uncomfortable. They need to invest in a smart tv because Dstv channels got disconnected while we were still there.
