when I mentioned the issues I had with the apartment that I rented to the rental contact person she moved us to a different apartment. The apartment we were moved into was a great apartment. It was updated and had hot water and air conditioners that worked. The view was beautiful. they were very accommodating to us and we appreciate their understanding and swiftness with moving us into a better apartment.

The apartment that I Actually rented which is this ad was nothing like the images. There was no hot water in the shower and the air conditioners did not work. Maintenance came up and said there was nothing they could do to fix it.

Great location and fast responding owner.

Originally booked a different property but when I arrived it had not been cleaned from from prior guest. Owner was trying to cancel because they couldn’t get a cleaning crew out but instead moved me to another unit.. scary situation but everything worked out in the end.
