The location was great and the amenities provided made for a comfortable stay

ROACHES! I saw one in the living room when I first arrived and my second night I woke up to a roach CRAWLING on my FACE!!! I reached out to the owner and all I was offered was someone to spray the unit even though I was checking out the next day so that was extremely useless

The room was fine but the hallway was awful. Stained and smelly carpet.

We were very pleased with it, overall.

It was hot and the portable air conditioner in one room only cooled one room. The old air conditioner in the second bedroom and the living room did not work.

I liked the location for sure. The advertisement of the property is not exactly what you expect when you get there but when you think about the cost, you get what you paid for. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like the stench in the hallways. It smelled a little Smokey. The bathrooms could use some remodeling. There were water stains and the beginning stages of mold was showing.

It was in the center of everything we wanted to do

The main light in the king bedroom didn’t work, the lamp next to the window didn’t work. It would flicker and that was it. The hot water in the shower didn’t get that hot

I liked how spacious it was and I loved that the kitchen came with pots & pans and silverware next time I will definitely bring groceries to cook instead of wasting money on eating out. I also liked the bathroom and the privacy of the apartment.

I didn’t like that I could hear everything.

Security Location Convenient to public transportation

There was a lingering smell of weed in the room during my stay. Assuming from previous guests. The outside appearance of the building could stand for a renovation.
