"Poor hospitality"

The beds are not comfortable,there were no cleaning services for four nights at the apartment neither cleaning materials were provided,let’s not talk about the tissue not even that was provided and how the neighbours are racist.

View from the property and accessibility to amenities.

The place needs to be cleaned and entire furniture to be replaced. The shower needs to be replaced. False advertising as there is no pool and play area for the kids. The bath tub is not functional and kitchen utensils were filthy. The bedding was extremely dirty. In a nutshell we were just disappointed with our stay and if possible get a refund. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for accommodation but for facilities surrounding it.
