the place is therapeutic

The Host is rude

Apartment was neat. The facilties of Eden wilds were easily accessible.

A very arrogant receptionist.A prior arrangement to check in early was made and confirmation received by booking.com however we had to wait for the standard checking in time. She was unhelpful and gave us racist attitude. We were so happy once reached and she ruined our entry. TV was not working,a staff member did replace but the replacement had a signal error which was sent to the agent and we did not receive a response.

Location is best 🥰🥰

I had no access to Television .It was splited into two sides I wasn't able to add my Netflix account and the kids were bored.

Cleanliness and comfortable bed...

Everything about the place was 100%... I enjoyed my stay there

The area perfect. It had a lot interesting places to visit around

The water was cold, the bath tub had no water, the Television was not working, the owner was rude and arrogant when we asked for help

Quietness of the place

The estate is beautiful as it's situated in a very peaceful and scenic environment.

The owner is terribly rude. The day we got there we asked how does the TV work... No guidance given at all on how to work the TV and this went on for the entire 3 nights. The next morning after breakfast we were washing up the dishes and noticed a terrible leak in the kitchen pipe which caused water to flow into the bottom unit. When the owner was contacted he made it seem it was all our fault and asked us to leave the property immediately because we caused the damage to the unit below when clearly there is a fault on the plumbing side of the unit. I asked him for a refund if we must leave he bluntly said after I pay for the damages to the bottom unit, which meant I must leave and no refund and my money would be paying for the damages to someone elses unit for the problem that happened in the unit we booked via booking com. Obviously there should have been a notice to say there issues on the unit to please be mindful however nothing was said. We had to wait for plumbers to come only to tell us that the fault is in the plumbing part of the unit. The owner kept saying pack your stuff and leave immediately and I refused as I paid for the accomodation. I also said he could try moving me out will see about that. The shower place is terrible, the water does not flow out into the drainage system as a result the whole bathroom gets flooded and water flows out the door, when we told him about that his reply was that we should not take long showers and it's been silly if that continues.. I mean clearly he has a problem with his drainage system which I made him aware of but he bluntly said I should not tell him how to run his unit. We are guests we have a right to proper facilities and constructive feedback is important to maintain a good review for further bookings for others. I have absolutely nasty messages from the owner himself but he thought I would let it go.

The private pool was always clean

We came during rainy days so the grass was a bit muddy.
