Smelly linen Bedroom has no windows Noisy neighbors

The apartment is really nice, great facilities. Location is perfect, parking included. We felt secure, all more than expected.

Whilst the apartment and facilities are 100% handicap friendly, the pavements and curbsides are so unfriendly to persons using assisted devices. Whilst this is not an issue for the host to deal with, the municipality should relook as the area caters for pensioners as well

Loved the location and the cozy penthouse. Just loved it

Spacious, clean, convenient for the purpose I was in CPT for (Sanlam marathon)

All was good The only thing was shower gel was not replenished enough for the number of days. I had to buy shower gel from Woolies nearby. Only shampoo was enough which I didn’t need. The sofa may need replacement sooner - not very comfortable… but used the dinning chairs ..

For the price I expected that the room will be made on a daily basis and that the host wotuld be availible at all times

No proactive correspondence on the damaged blind. Technology all had to be re plugged in to work. Untidy cupboards and bed was not made well, looked like it had been recently slept on. Only 2 bath towels.

Clean, central location. Felt very safe

Lovely apartment, well-equipped. Secure building (and friendly security guards). Bettina is a perfect host - communicated clearly, checked in that all was ok & has everything well-organized (wifi instructions neighborhood tips etc).

Lighting in the bathroom not ideal for putting on makeup but that seems to be a universal issue when traveling.

The Wi-Fi stopped working and even though we reached out to the host she never responded about the issue. Eventually, a couple days, we were able to fix the problem ourselves after we found the router
