"Decent because of the view"

Wonderful view, full sea facing, no noise.

Apartment needs alot of TLC. A complete modern revamp needed. Toilet in 1 room was broken and nearly flooded the room. New mixer tap needed in both bathrooms. Olden TV cabinet, furniture can be replaced. Outdoor table and chairs can be replaced. Bedrooms and painting can be renovated. Microwave was also partially broken. The domestic worker did not replace any towels she basically came in and cleaned the dishes and knocked off.

The views are amazing. The location was perfect and suited my requirements.

The apartment was dusty and slightly dirty. Other than that everything was great.
