Apartment 20 Bronze Bay

Location, on the beach, was amazing. Also very considerate 25ltr cannister of water and rechargeable light, available, considering the area's water and electrical supply problems.

Small matters and detailed attention. For example, no toilet cistern cover in one toilet; no toilet brush in same toilet ; light in entrance not functioning ; under basin cupboard in kitchen was broken. Cleaning was very superficial, basically beds were made and dishes cleaned.

The set up and the owner was great

The cleaning lady was not friendly or helpful and the microwave was dirty the bathrooms were not properly cleaned and no toilet paper . Also the bathroom toilet was leaking and one toilet had no cystein lid.

There was a double booking I was offered another place to stay which am not sure if it costed wat I have paid for 20 bronze bay service was poor very poor

Very local to town and beach. Property very clean and beautiful view out onto ocean. Overall definately somewhere I would stay again.

Main room is just a little bit of a tight squeeze. Toilet was missing it's lid, I understand new one had been ordered which is understandable. Washing machine gets stuck on cycle so may just need a service. Would maybe swop rooms around.

The cleaning lady didn't clean to well.
