Suggestion, they should improve their visible Live location on these sites because in some occasions/areas I struggled to pick up the Property’s address when trying to get a cab/ Food delivered.

Really good equipment. Everything was available even coffee, salt, pepper and good olive oil 😊

The property was clean, modern, studio apartment based on the seventh floor. There was a lift to get up and down. The apartment was well furnished with a comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen appliances allowed meals to be prepared and there was a TV with Netflix. The apartment had a washing machine and the internet had a good speed.

In South Africa at at least three or four times per day there is is something which they call load shedding or in other words a power cut. This can occur at any time of day/night and can last for up to four hours. During our stay there was often times when we had no power so no cooking or watching TV or charging devices and you are basically sitting in the apartment with a small battery light which is provided. The block of flats does appear to have a back up electricity generator which does keep the lifts on, the communal corridor lights and the internet on. The apartment is located in a neighbourhood where there are homeless street people. Some of these people appeared to be on drugs and we were subjected to harassment and aggressive begging tactics which at times could be frightening. All tour guides advised us not to go to the city centre after dark because there were more opportunist criminals who targeted tourists. I would recommend staying closer to the V&A waterfront or somewhere like Camps Bay where there was less unsavoury characters hanging around on the streets.

Super central location, great swimming pool, lovely interior - just as you see in the pictures. Good communication too, and the staff working at the building are just lovely.

All was good, maybe the only thing - they send loads of (seemingly automatic) messages in booking and on whatsapp, it is difficult to understand what I have already responded to, etc. And also, if you have a question - where exactly to contact them. Otherwise no issues :)
