Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent booking experience. Upon booking, I attempted to contact the property by phone, but my calls went unanswered. Subsequently, I adjusted my estimated arrival time to between 9 PM and 10 PM. Upon my arrival at the property at approximately 9:30pm, there was no one present. I called the provided number again, and the owner eventually answered, stating that he had gone out for the evening. When I informed him of my booking and inquired about the expected wait time, he then questioned the duration of my booking. He proceeded to inform me that a minimum two-night stay was required. Despite my clarification that I had only booked for one night, he refused me entry at that late hour. Fortunately, I was able to find alternative accommodation in Muizenberg, where I was assisted at 10:30 PM. I have since sent messages to Booking.com requesting a refund, but I have yet to receive a response. This entire experience has been exceptionally poor and reflects negatively on Booking.com. Great location and amazing views.

The beautifully equipped Apartment is close to the beach, mountain and coastal walks, shops, bars, restaurants and public transport. The area is quite, safe and stunning!

Отличный вид из окна. Гулять по окрестностям тоже понравилось, виды тут красивые. Все необходимое для проживание было. Квартира приятная и хорошо обустроена. Есть стиральная машинка. Некоторая мебель выглядела антикварной и очень хорошей. В целом жить было комфортно. Нам дали вторые ключи для удобства.

Шумные дети соседей. Все было хорошо слышно когда кто то разговаривал в коридоре. Полы были очень грязные когда мы заехали, но я их отмыла, в целом не критично. Хозяин периодически ходил мимо и заглядывал, это нарушало нашу приватность. Однажды произошло недопонимание когда мы пригласили друзей на ужин, а он это увидел и написал нам что мы заплатили за проживание меньшего количества человек и они не должны тут находиться. Хотя мой друг сразу пытался это сказать, мне все равно пришлось дополнительно это объяснить в переписке.
