It was exactly as is on the pics.. The surroundings quiet, the silent flow of the river.. Peacefull.. Couldn't of asked for anything better.. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. Liked the country style setup.. Scenery was beautiful

Beautiful location, clean, lots of space, friendly and helpful host. The property is old fashioned but in a nice way. Everything we needed. Would happily stay there again.

Nothing at this price point

The place is beautiful, well located, 5 mn drive from Sabie city center, calm and secured. The 2 rooms we booked were very clean and functional. Everything home made by the very creative owner. There is AC in the upper room. The fan was sufficient for the ground floor room. There is a large communal kitchen well equipped for self catering. Very nice backyard with Sabie river literally on the property. Excellent value for money. We would definitely book again.

The man met us at the gate, opened for us and welcomed us. He explained the challenges with one of the lights which was damaged by previous guests.

I did not like how the lady called me and threatened to lock the gate if I did not arrive in two minutes. She was rude and didn't want to take my reasons for arriving after 18h00 even after driving 450 km to the place. We did not sign anywhere, and we were not told who to call in case we needed help. On Saturday evening we came back to an uncleaned and unmade room. The room is made of corrugated iron, it looks like a shack and I was so disappointed that it was upstairs. We had to climb steep stairs to reach the room and that was uncomfortable at my age, but I was told that was the room I had booked, yet I don't remember booking a room upstairs. The shower is so small, I struggled to enter the door to shower and risked slippery tiles with only the glass door to hold on to. The overall look of the establishment is disappointing, as if they did not put much effort into taking care of its tidiness and its look. I don't think I will ever return there. But my worst disappointment was with the lack of kindness and lack of people skills.

Room is basic, Great view of the river. Calm surroundings.veey close to all the attractions.
