"Excellent"

Amazing location, lovely studio that was well kitted out. Very good use of space, had all you could want in terms of amenities. Lovely big bathroom and shower with hot water always available. Super soft and comfy bed and bedding, and fan was a life saver! Very helpful and attentive host, always responded quickly to queries and had the best tips for parking. Beach toys left for guests should they venture to Camber Sands or Winchelsea beach was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.

Floor was not clean, lots of long hairs and pet hair around and some in the shower. Pull out bed a fantastic idea but very uncomfortable, better to squish up in the big comfy bed! Welcome pack info was out of date.

A super property in the centre of Rye: clean, cosy, comfortable and convenient.

There are two precipitous staircases to the loft but they weren’t a deal breaker. They are made safe by rubber treads and hand rails.
