Rother - Studio in Rye - LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION !!!

Location, yet fairly quiet. Good kitchen and comfy bed!

TV seemed a bit unstable, think brackets underneath need securing.

The location was perfect, 2 mins walk from a £2.50 per day carpark, easy walk into the heart of the town, the bed was very comfortable, the apartment was warm and clean. The kitchen was adequately equipped. There are some great walks close by and some great pubs and restaurants even closer.

The couch wasn't very comfortable Some people may struggle with the access into the apartment, up two small flights of narrow steep stairs.

Really lovely loft apartment. Super clean, really lovely bathroom and comfy bed. Big fan of underfloor heating

It’s let down by the sofa. Not comfy for any length of time, but that really is the only thing we thought needed changing

The host was very helpful and friendly, and the studio was perfectly kitted out with everything we wanted and more. Warm, clean and safe with lovely little touches like hooks behind doors. Great coffee machine! Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained and is clearly looked after well!

This is just a minor minor dislike. Overall we absolutely loved our stay. The sofa was not great to sleep on, even with the additional padding provided by the extra duvet and mat. It wasn't very comfortable as a sofa even, it's just very hard. Literally everything else was wonderful and luxurious though :)

The location was ideal for orientation around Rye, the loft room felt airy, light, exceptionally clean and functional.

Minor points - Some shower gel and additional towels would have been useful albeit not a negative and as the bed was up against the beams and had a small headboard some larger cushions would have made it comfortable.
