Zeer comfortabele en best ruime studio voor 2 personen, mooi ingericht en met goed uitgeruste keuken. Uitstekende ligging. Ook de traiteur beneden is aan te raden.

We hadden een probleem met de CV maar de eigenares zorgde snel voor een oplossing.

"Un séjour agréable dans une ville sympa."

Emplacement parfait, appartement spacieux, très propre, parking aisé gratuit, propriétaire très sympathique. Enfin des propriétaires qui n’essayent pas de faire de l’argent en accueillant notre chien. C’est malheureusement trop rare à Spa! Un très bon traiteur au rez-de-chaussée. A consommer sans modération.

"Has great potential, but could be a lot better if cleanliness and facilities were better"

The apartement is very spacious. Our party consisted of four people, but the apartment can easily house five or six. The location of the property is great. It's near restaurants and bars in the centre of Spa. There are free parking spaces near the apartment.

There are a few things about the apartment that are not up to standard, for example: - There was moldy bread in one of the kitchen cabinets. - In one of the bedroom cabinets we found several sticky tissues... - I'd consider the TV to be broken. There is a black line on the TV monitor and it is unable to display white colors. - The dishwasher in the kitchen cabinet is loose. When closing/opening the door of the dishwasher the whole unit moves back/forward several centimeters. - The stair banister is loose, which is a potential hazard. - Some of the wall plugs do not have power/are not connected. - Skirting boards in the apartment are loose.
