Very nice place to stay, if you wanna go to Circuit Spa Francorchamps or discover the town. It was very comfortable and good ☺️

Situation impeccable

The apartment was very spacious, fully equipped, cozy and comfy. Good heating, right in the center of spa, pet friendly and all in all we were very happy with it.

Even though the apartment was very well equipped, for some reason there was no hair dryer. Perhaps someone had taken it or we did not find it but other than that everything was perfect.

Beautiful spacious apartment in central Spa

The location was very good. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nice, clean and big with comfortable bed and sofa.

It was 40 steps up. The street was in construction. The water cooker was missing. No Light above The mirror to shave.

Location in the city was great, however, if you have a car finding parking close by is hit or miss. It is on-street parking and we had to pay a fine because we did not understand (and were not told by our host) that some parking was a max of two hours. It was a nice amount of space, but not very well laid out for convenience. Communication was difficult because we spoke little french and our hosts spoke little english

• Bad kitchen lighting- • Toilet is not connected to bathroom but rather directly off the entry hall and looks straight at the front door if door is open. There is a small window to open for ventilation and while there is a small sink to wash hands there is no towel hook or hanger or ? • Kitchen is poorly equipped so you shouldn’t plan on cooking anything other than very simple recipes. There are a few mismatched coffee cups. We bought a set of sharp knives and left them • There is a microwave, coffee maker, hot pot and a toaster which must be plugged and unplugged from two countertop outlets depending on what you want to use • Lots of cooking odor from commercial kitchen below the living unit • VERY small amount hanging space- maybe 24 inches long mounted to the bedroom wall • No closet • No place to put suitcase • No extra bedding. My wife bought a comforter while we there so we would be comfortable. • Can hear voices from business below and a VERY frequent door chime when people are entering and leaving the shop during business hours • Lots of street noise and there are no views from windows. • Spacious rooms but are all compartmentalized with no flow between them • Nice large windows but no bug screens but maybe not necessary in this climate zone • The Booking listing says it has air conditioning but I saw no evidence of any way to cool the unit in hot weather. • There is NO ventilation in the bathroom where the shower is located. • The smell from cooking and a banging door were so bad they woke me up the second morning • We were there when it was raining and there is a water leak that drips inside the wall of the toilet room • A puddle forms on the floor of the bathroom next to the shower pan after showering • Be prepared to hear the occupants in the third floor apt if you are on the second floor-voices, footsteps, shower water etc • I don’t know what kind of refrigerator was in this unit but it was constantly making weird gurgling/ bubbling noises
