Beautiful location, beautiful house. Hottub was perfect

House could have been a little warmer on arrival

We loved the peace and quiet and the hot tub was lovely. The coach house was so cosy and the beds were amazing to have a lovely sleep.

The only issue we had was when we opened the log burner to light it a swarm of flies came from it so we ended up having to get them out of the living room which was a real pain.

The solar lights outside by the hot tub don't work. Only had the light from the hot tub.. Which was OK but not ideal. Messaged a few times to ask for more sugar on the Sunday morning (there was 4 little sachets available).. To which they replied yes of corse. Unfortunately 1.5hrs in there was no delivery and it was time to check out. Not a big issue but fancied another cuppa. Staff in general were great with answering enquires etc before out arrival. Make sure you book a taxi in advance! We didn't know this. For a return it cost us £44 for 6 mile round trip. There are local companies in Usk.. But you must book it in advance to ensure you get that. Ours came from Newport and the price reflected this. Between the 4 of us we were more than happy to pay.

This place is just beautiful - set in the most gorgeous grounds, decorated and furnished beautifully, a great hot tub and outside space - it was perfect for a get-together with friends. The hosts were available as soon as we had an issue with the lights - got back to me within minutes of texting, and the problem was sorted quickly. Would love to stay here again one day, for longer this time!

Lovely estate, beautiful spot and felt very private in the hot tub. Lovely social living room space, ideal for 4 people.

The security light was annoying by the hot tub, very small annoyance though. Just kept going on and off while in the hot tub.
