• stunning decor throughout • heated and prepared ready for our arrival • amazing hot tub and decking area • spacious kitchen and living area • cosy fire • excellent selection of board games • Freesat TV with plenty of channels • lovely rural area, very quiet • comfy beds and thick warm bedding • loads of space for young children to play • both rooms en suites

• no shoe rack or coat hooks • loose toilet seat sliding around • bedroom door and bathroom door do not close fully due to no notch in frame • signal non existent - WiFi helps but too slow to stream • no pizza cutter with all other cutlery
