Needs maintenance - sliding doors and windows faulty Old worn out furniture Carpets and curtains dirty WiFi kept disconnecting Loud buzzing noise in the main bedroom that randomly went on while we slept Water outage for 2 days Burst pipe and flooding in the apartment when water reinstated
