Voir la Mer - Blouberg Beach

We loved the fact that there was a welcoming drink on our arrival, and the LINDT chocolates on our beds was super cute. The view is outstanding .

We struggled to open the balcony door because there was no clear indication that the keys were different from the main door keys. There was no mop so that we can wipe the floors after a bath .

Place is very comfortable and beautiful, will definitely be booking again.

The property was in a stunning beachfront location, and I loved going for beach runs every morning. It’s also conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The place was spotless, with clean, cozy bedding. The owner even stocked some basic kitchen essentials like cooking oil and salt for braais, which was a great touch.

Although the property was clean, there was a strong, musty odor—like what you’d expect from a place that’s been closed up for a long time. It didn’t help that all the air freshener diffusers were empty. Replacing those and airing out the space hours before guests arrive would make a big difference. Also, there were quite a few cockroaches in the kitchen, which was quite unsettling—this definitely needs attention.
