The host is the worst you could ever get! Here service level sucks like you cannot believe never book with this people. Told me it's a public holiday and could not connect the dstv the whole weekend without TV leave all alone that she told me I should go to spar n buy batteries for the TV remote and take my batteries when I leave. When I then go and buy batteries to come back and the remote doesn't work!. Told me that it's a public holiday and she's with friends and cannot take my calls nor assist me with any issues we had. Bedroom smells like u cannot belive. The bathroom filthy as hell but charge a R650 cleaning fee. Then she blocks me after asking why the dstv had not been connected personally IL never go back there!!!!

The agent is greedy and arrogant, the room is smelly and old the bed had bed bugs

The owner messaged me privately asking for cleaning fees and admin fees. Normally these are included in the amount on booking. Then she claimed 2 towels were missing so she did not want to refund her deposit. The carpets were not clean and had stains.

The host was supposed to send our breakage fee refund. She told us it takes 5-10 working days. Okay, she asked for my bank confirmation letter,I sent it and she blue ticked me. Until I texted her, she said she was busy blah blah... After she made a second excuse saying the person who paid the breakage fee is not the same person who made the booking. Okay on booking.com it shows Nombulelo Amanda Zoliswa and on my bank confirmation it's Nombulelo Amanda since the 3rd name is not on my ID. So she asked what if Zoliswa comes back after 3 months wanting her money. I asked how?!! Because I made the booking, paid and send the proof of payment. Even on the day of arrival I am the only person who contacted her. I asked her she kept making excuses instead of sending our refund. She had so many excuses until we decided that she should just keep it. So nje mxm!!! I will try and attach our chats *Hettie I would recommend this place mina shame
