Very handy

The bed was cosy and I appreciated you could turn the light off by the bed.

Being given the wrong key code for the lock box and not being able to get into the property for 45 minutes and having no contact number I could reach. Just lucky you answered my emails otherwise what would I have done to get in that night ….

The apartment was clean, bright and comfortable and in a perfect location for exploring Ely.

The sleeping arrangement on the mezzanine, requiring climbing a few stairs and clambering on to the mattress (no standing room), was a bit of a surprise and wouldn't be suitable for anyone physically impaired. It was comfortable, though, Some of the saucepans were not in a very good state.

This is a self-catering apartment. No breakfast was provided. The location is excellent.

The cutlery was dirty with food stains. Pans were scratched and unclean. Oven was filthy and oily, unusable. Drawers were full of dirty tissues and other leftovers. Furring of the electric kettle. We had to buy a pan to boil water. Hot water was only available early morning to 10 am. This was unacceptable especially after a long day out. We could not have showers. The so called 1 bedroom lovely apartment was a mattress in a windowless loft area with low hradroom accessed by steep staircase. I reported all these to the Management. The staff Fatima promised to take action but never did. Terrible !

Great location, lovely place, very clean and some nice extra touches like tea and coffee, shower gel etc.

I booked the place as it had free wifi as was meant to be doing some work there. However the wifi connection was poor and kept kicking me off which made this difficult. In addition, there was no sheet provided for the sofa bed and whilst there was a duvet and pillows there were no covers for these.

Amazing location and functional apartment. Great responsiveness of the staff to our questions via the Booking app!
