"Inaccurate property description. not a luxury stay, just normal."

Description is not reflecting the reality. 1. this is not 4 stars at all. A lot of amenities are missing 2. the description of the accommodation is NOT accurate at all. We reserved a "luxury apartment" with kitchenette and received a ROOM without kitchenette. 3. many amenities were missing. No shower gel, no streaming service, limited TV channels, no AC remote in the room so we couldn't use the AC, no stand for towels. I am not mentioning here the usual 4 stars perks that of course were absent: bathrobes, slippers, premium toiletries, safe box, work desk, optional breakfast etc.

Was nice big rooms

- hear radiators make an intermittent pounding noise / u don’t hear it after u fall asleep :d
