The apartment was amazing. It was spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Having the pub downstairs was an added bonus, for the staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was great!!! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

A superb, spacious flat - big bedrooms, kitchen and living room, beautifully appointed and amazing value for money. The host was really friendly and helpful, and to our great surprise provided everything for breakfast. I think we were all wondering what the catch was, given the price, but there really isn't one. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The bus in to central Durham isn't frequent, but at the pub downstairs they were very helpful in booking a taxi for us when that mattered.

We self catered. Nevertheless the hosts gave us milk, butter and a basket of light breakfast goods. Wew valso had tea, coffee and ground coffee

This was a fabulous apartment not very far from Durham. The village setting was perfect for 3 friends getting together from Edinburgh, Manchester and Oxford. The welcome pack was perfect for cuppas, breakfast and snacks. We ate in the restaurant the first night and the second night the staff were so wonderful and let us eat in the apartment. The apartment was beautifully furnished and the lounge and beds were very comfortable.

The views, the hosts, the pub.....everything was fantastic! Really friendly people and a beautifully decorated accommodation. There was so much room and we had 6 adults and 3 children in the apartment. Lovely little welcome basket in arrival.

Only tiny drawbacks were that the WiFi wasn't great and the TV didn't have all of the channels.

Everything! Fantastic hosts, beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need and more! The home touches were really appreciated. The scenery was beautiful and the location was perfect for what we needed.

Apartment was very homely and had everything you needed. Hosts extremely welcoming and had thought of everything. Pub food was excellent too! We had a great time, thank you.
