Baia da Luz - Great Light apartment

Good location. Overall good facilities

Reception being unable to store our luggage as ‘ not part of the hotel’ was very inconvenient. Would be good to have pool towels provided

Really nice and spacious. The apartment had everything we needed to cook etc.

No bedding or towels were replaced during the 10 days. The Baía staff were very unaccommodating upon arrival - wouldn’t store our luggage in the luggage room as we weren’t allowed out keys for another 2 hours. No support when the television didn’t work as the apartment was privately run.

The Location was excellent.

Pillows could have been softer.

Apartment was a short walk from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. There was a vast selection of restaurants to choose from but you must book to avoid disappointment. The apartment was a great size for 4 adults. Kitchen had a big selection of pans, cutlery and crockery.

More towels per person if staying for 2 weeks. Change of bed linen after 1 week and cleaning after 1 week.

Very spacious. Excellent facilities!

A clean/fresh linen mid-stay would have been great

This was our 3rd stay in a Baia apartment and this one again didn’t disappoint Quality is not a problem in this resort , with finishings to a high standard Very spacious ( bedroom each to combat the snoring !) This apartment faces SE and gets the sun from sun rise till about 3.45pm in March

Very little to mention , cleaning and bed linen change looked after by ourselves but that isn’t an issue Pillows could be slightly better quality
