Property Notes

Please be aware of ongoing construction around the apartment building. Unfortunately, we don't have a completion date yet. There will also be maintenance works in the basement as from 30 June into October 2025. We want to inform our guests in advance about potential disturbances during your stay. According to City of Cape Town guidelines, construction is allowed from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. The situation is beyond our control. However, we hope that this doesn't impact your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Disappointing experience"

Duvet cover and bed, very comfortable.

Disappointing experience. 1. Our check-in was delayed as the apartment was not ready on time. 2. The windows were extreamly dirty. A request was made to have them cleaned. We were assured that the windows would be cleaned during our stay. But no one came to do this. 3. The air-conditioner was not working. A repair was requested. When the technician arrived we were notified that a part was missing and it could not be fixed. 4. The room is much darker than the actual images shown on booking.com 5. Not enough bathrooms supplies, such as toilet paper and hand wash. 6. There was noisy and disruptive construction in the building everyday. This was not disclosed in the booking.com advertisement. As a female, it is extreamly uncomfortable using the rooftop swimming facilities with builders watching. 6. The parking is not secured as the gate was left open majority of the time.

"Very good accommodation at Seapoint."

Location, security, clean, self checkin and out, wifi, kitchen, gadgets.

Early check out and late check-in. I believe it should not be more than 2 hours between check out and check-in timing. The Airconditioner is not working in Cole mode, only its fan is working, and it was too hot sometimes. The pool in the comon area was not clean, so I did not use it, despite I was planning to use it.

The kitchen , refrigerator, shower , Tv

There were no sugar no milk no tea bags for a week , self catering yes but basics like sugar coffee should be available for the days the guest has booked in an apartment no changing of beddings the whole week nothing the aircon was not working the windows were dirty not what I’ve expected compared to the money I’ve paid

Everything about the apartment and the fascility is secured.

The fact that cleaning and house keeping is not included in the package ,had to be an extra cost during the stay.
