Property Notes

Please be aware of ongoing construction around the apartment building. Unfortunately, we don't have a completion date yet. There will also be maintenance works in the basement as from 30 June into October 2025. We want to inform our guests in advance about potential disturbances during your stay. According to City of Cape Town guidelines, construction is allowed from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. The situation is beyond our control. However, we hope that this doesn't impact your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"An absolutely lovely apartment!"

Was a lovely apartment, could have stayed longer. Good value for money.

1) It was confusing when arriving that we had to park on the road then come up to the apartment to fetch the gate remote. This could be explained better. 2) Shower was blocked and overflowing. 3) Coffee pods but no machine, plunger but no filter coffee. 4) The construction noise.

"Superb"

Easy check in. Good location. There several cafes near the Studio. Nicely equipped kitchen. The studio is very clean.

Entrance door does not fit well and during strong wind it creates a lot of noise.
