Althamer Palace Apartments

Clarissa, la padrona di casa, è stata veramente accogliente, ci ha accompagnati dal parcheggio all’appartamento con la macchina aiutandoci con i bagagli. Successivamente ci ha fornito indicazioni e suggerimenti sulle attività e i luoghi da visitare ad Arco. L’appartamento si trova proprio nel centro del paese, in un palazzo storico del ‘500, rendendolo ideale per muoversi a piedi nei dintorni. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto accogliente, pulita e ben curata nei dettagli.

L'appartamento è bello e molto luminoso, avevamo abbastanza spazio. Il bagno era spazioso, la stanza era grande e i soffitti alti. C'era tutto il necessario per cucinare, lavatrice e stendibiancheria. Il garage vicino all'appartamento è molto comodo e la nostra host è stata fantastica. Ci ha accolto al garage e ci ha accompagnato con i bagagli fino alla porta di casa. Servizio impeccabile.

Noisy very early in the morning and smoke from restaurants

Beautiful, well equipped apartment in a beautiful old building. The location was perfect for Arco, and you have a parking space nearby. Clarrisa is a fantastic host and meets you at the parking space and takes you to the apartment, giving you all the information you will need. Aircon is available for 10 euros a day and as it was very hot we were glad to have it.

Nothing it was perfect

Clarissa (the host) is very positive, friendly and always available for questions, if any. She met us in person, showed the car garage and then the apartment (also told a few things about the town and area). The apartment is very new, clean and had everything needed inside (e.g. in the kitchen for cooking). The location is great, just in the city center, so very close to all of the activities. We will be happy to stay at the same apartments next time we are in Arco!!

Great location, everything was clean and corresponded to the photos. The bed was very comfortable and there was everything I could need during my couple days stay. I'd like to say special thanks to Clarissa for being such a wonderful host and a person: she was very patient and nice waiting for my very late arrival and showing me everything in the apartment. Wishing her all the best! Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Arco :)

Great location right in the middle of old town with lots of pizza, gelato, bars and shops right outside the entrance. Included secure underground parking (about a 5 minute walk from apartment). Well stocked kitchen and very spacious apartment. Clean and comfortable. The host meets you at the parking lot and helps bring your bags to the apt. She was very friendly, helpful and always responsive to any questions. We would stay here again on our next visit!

Could be a bit noisy early in the morning (trash pickup and street sweeper) and during the evening do to walk street activities (but this should be expected in an "old town apartment" setting and is part of the charm). The only thing I was bummed about was the slight smell of cigarette smoke upon entering the apartment. We are not smokers so we are sensitive to the smell, but we would adjust to it within a few minutes and it would not stop us from returning on our next visit.
