Every morning they clean the street. If you sleep with windows open, at 6 you will be woke up by the sound of the machines.

Our stay at Clarissa's apartment was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, we appreciated the excellent communication with the host. Clarissa provided us with all the details regarding accommodation, arrival, and parking. Upon arrival, she personally greeted us, helped with our luggage, and provided useful tips for trips around the area. She even assisted us with personal matters that weren't directly related to the accommodation. Throughout our stay, she was always available and checked in to see if everything was okay. The apartment has an excellent location in the city center, which allowed us to easily explore the nearby surroundings and use the car parked nearby (included in the price) for more distant destinations. It was very well-equipped, quiet, and surprisingly spacious. Everything worked as expected, and we felt very comfortable. Additionally, if you bring bicycles, you can store them in the shared courtyard behind closed gates. We definitely want to come back here! Next time we travel to Garda, this accommodation will be our first choice. Thank you, Clarissa, for a great experience!

We visited Arco in July when it was quite warm. The apartment did have AC, but the host recommended not using it. We respected this suggestion as we were out during the day, and it always cooled down sufficiently in the evening. Therefore, we have no complaints about the apartment.

The appartment is absolutly in the city centre and in spite of this very calm. We hat everything what we needed and more. Clarissa picked us up from the garage and indroduced us in everything. She is very very nice and helpful. The appartment itself has everything what a family needs. There is enough stuff to cook, a coffee machine with coffee and sugar. Also there is a juice squeezer and a sandwich maker, microwave and induction oven and a lot more. We had a great time in Arco, directly in the beautiful city and from all the outdoor activities we could regenerate perfectly in this comfortable appartment.

Clarissa is the best host!!! She is there for everything you need!!! Big apartment inside a medieval building in the heart of Arco’s old village. Everything few steps around, bars, restaurants, etc… Renovated big bath room, new kitchen with everything, big double bed, enormous living room, washing machine inside!!! Close private garage nearby…

First, the location cannot be topped. The studio apartment is situated in an old palace building along the main and most buzzing road of old Arco, the via giovanni segantini, very close to the heart of Arco, the impressive Collegiata di Santa Maria Assunta church and its square. Two restaurants with outside seating are directly left and right of the entrance to the palace conveniently placed for a late italien dinner. Great Gelato and Coffee shops are similarly just minutes away. Also, the Arco Castle hill can be quickly reached through narrow beautiful streets. The way up to the castle hill with its pebble stone walking trails lined with olive trees is great for a 30min morning stroll or for jogging with amazing views of Arco's old town and, in the far distance, lago di garda covering ht eh, Torbole, and Mount Brione. The lake itself, its beaches and windsurfing schools/rentals, can be reached by bike within 25 minutes via a scenic bike route along the Sarca river. Second, the apartment itself has been recently remodeled in a clean modern style and its layout has been well thought through with a large bathroom and kitchen. High quality products/hardware were used during the renovation. The bathroom includes a washer and drying rack. The kitchen features an induction stove. The old original wooden beam ceiling within the studio, the wide old marble stairways leading up to it , and the large wooden entrance door that opens to the street, give it a nice rustic feel. The appartment comes with a reserved parking space in a garage which is located ~7 min away outside the old town. A luxury in an area where parking is short in supply and street parking can cost up to 2 EUR per hour. The apartment is large enough to accommodate two people. Third, the host, Clarissa is very responsive and is a great resource for local activities, and places to shop or eat. Her english is very good and she takes pride in ownership and ensures that guests have a great stay.

Location, cleanliness, the host

It was very cold. The thermostat didn't work correctly. In the morning the central heating didn't start although it was well bellow 21.

Great host and great appartment. The location couldn’t be better.
