Ottima posizione, in centro città, comoda anche per vari parcheggi nelle vicinanze (occhio ai giorni di lavaggio strade, abbiamo preso una multina). Proprietario molto disponibile.

Appartamento poco isolato termicamente (infissi da migliorare): molto caldo di notte. Segnalo che comunque è presente l'aria condizionata, ma noi non l'abbiamo accesa. Arredamento un po' datato (ante svergolate, maniglie rotte...).

Location perfect it is our second visit, it is very comfortable and warm.

Would have liked a clothes drying rack .

Very spacious and clean

The lack of at least a fan in the bedroom in August since the AC located in the living room was not enough to keep the bedroom at a decent temperature to sleep at night. It was hot even after keeping the AC longer during the day.
