Spacious and comfortable place in the centre of Asti. Clean and overlooks a central walking street. Good for the wine festival.

"Exceptional"

Absolutely the location. Alfieri is a very famous street that goes back to the Roman times and the road of the original Palio d'Asti. A walking street, w only delivery vehicles, and central to everything. Easy check-in. Everything worked well in the apartment and very comfortable. Owner communication was superb, with a lot of local tips and maps. The coffee unit had broke so we were given free coffees (doppios for us) at the Cafe downstairs. We came for the 1st weekend of the wine festival, the food event, and the historical parade. All extraordinary.

No cons. Keep in mind that this is a very popular street, and there's a late night establishment nearby. To be expected in this prime spot in the midst of a great walking town and probably due to being the first night of the wine festival, so it was not a problem. Slightly bare bones as a guy place, but nothing a few more wall elements can't cure.
