Michi's Home - Attico in Centro

Michele was fantastic and the property was immaculate. Great location and perfect for a couple break. The terrace was amazing with fabulous morning sun. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment or host!

Michi's Place was spacious, loved that it had an outdoor area. Sun in the morning on one side of the apartment and afternoon sun on the opposite side. Loved that we could use the front loading washing machine. Didn't use the dryer option, we hung them out to dry. Great location to cafe, restaurants, Co-op and bottle shop. Short walk to all tourist sites, old city and shopping mall.

The apartment could do with a "spring clean". Repeated quick cleans don't make up for a thorough clean. The mat under the coffee table needs replacing, it is disintergrating, Either leave fresh water in bottle in the fridge or leave the bottle empty. The bottom of the bottle was suspect. Water pressure was very low, but maybe that is how it is. The trio of rubbish bins could do with a good wash. The food crumbs around the dining table glass should be removed. The oven should be cleaned. The toaster is troublesome to use. Needs to be upgraded. Instructions on how to use the washer/dryer and the oven would be helpful.

Location and the plan of apartment is nice

Teapot is too old. It is forbidden to leave bicycles at the entrance, and there is a notice stating this. However, if you do leave a bicycle there, even if it is a rental, your tires will be punctured.

We enjoyed everything Michi's apartment had to offer. Great space, large terrace, and the location is perfect!

Thanks to the host, he answered all my questions, provided us with the information, and was very attentive. The flat was well equipped, with comfortable beds, and windows with protection from mosquitoes. Large roof terrace. A great location nearby to the train station, center, and old town. We enjoyed our short stay in Bari!

If this place is available and meets your needs, book it without hestitating. Easy checkin (lockbox), fast elevator (lol, unheard of in Italy), great terrace, full kitchen, huge closet and spacious and updated bathroom. There is even a screen on the window in the living room, amazing! I didn't spend much time on the terrace but it was so lovely. The kitchen was well stocked and the pod coffee maker was much appreciated (there was also a moka pot). I will definitely be back to this place, it's now on my favorites list for Bari!

Roomy, clean and well set up with ammenitys

Short way to the old city; nice apartment with terrace and well equipped e.g. with hot plates to cook, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

Air conditioning in sleeping room quiet noisy despite lowest fan level. No direct contact with landlord however short response time via WhatsApp.
