Roof top terrace lovely, plus cool & shady in the afternoon. 8th floor so very little street noise. Half way between train station and old town.

Michi's place was a great stay in Bari. Good location, clean appartment and top level with a nice rooftop. Would reccomend!!!

Nice and tidy room. everything you need for a nice vacation. The terrace is something spectacular. The owner is quick to answer any questions you may have. I really recommend it.

Great apartment with a large terrace and a great location in the center of Bari

We appreciated all of small details that were attended to. We enjoyed cooking our own meals in a very well stocked kitchen. Great location to spend time in the old city and for exploring local shops to buy local and fresh fruits vegetables and meats fish cheeses fresh made pasta bread and pastries. These were all available within a short walk.

The bed could benefit from a foam topper.

Michi's Home - Attico in Centro has a great location, easy to get in and out of the city and Bari Vechia. Train station is just a few min away - so easy for a day trips as well as reaching the airport. The place is perfectly equipped. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and Michele was the most amazing host. He went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. He let us check earlier so we were not stuck with the suitcases in hot weather. We needed more wine glasses and he went to Ikea to get them. He has perfect knowledge of Bari and Puglia. Even though I have been there several times, he suggested to me a lot of new places to visit, so I am looking forward to it. He provided tips for Bari already before check in and when he found out what we like to eat, he gave us tips for more places with amazing seafood. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bari. We loved the terrace and used it even when there was rain. We had lovely breakfasts and evening drinks, when we were tired from walking. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

The apartment is a penthouse (8 floor). We loved it! Also it is modern, bright and comfortable. There is spacious terrace with two sunbeds - its a bonus for sun lovers, as well as a table with the chairs. It's clean, spacious enough, you can spend time inside and outside. Kitchen is well equipped, has all staff you need. All the windows have a nets from mosquitos, so you can feel safe about this! And location - is perfect! Very close to the shopping street, wine bars and restaurants. And you can reach the old town by foot easily also! And the best part - the owner- Miki! He provided us with lot of information, was available for any questions all the time! We had day trip with him to Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and other small towns around Bari, he drived us even to the beach for swim! Friendly, intelligent and helpful host! The location is really good and the apartment had both AC and heating. A good thing was the offer of coffee capsules. It had Wi-Fi and the building has an elevator, which is good. The host was very friendly and available.

It was mentioned before: mosquitoes. We know the host can’t control them, but there are ways to do it.. And also the lack of amenities (shampoo and shower gel) makes no sense. Otherwise, pretty nice and comfortable.

Big apartment, big roof terrace, espresso machine, 2 TVs, well equipped kitchen, etc.

Everything was perfect.
