The host was always willing to help and assist with some qustions about Bari. Despite not understanding English, she made an effort to communicate. The room had a lot (too much actually) of facilities, includying washer and dryer.

Despite being helpful, the host asked and insisted for a 10/10 review while still showing us the apartment, which is not professional, and not a good omen. The apartment is far too small for 4 people (even for 2, considering how full it is), it has a lot of clutter which makes hard to circulate in it. We liked it had washing and drying machine, but I don't understand why it has a dishwasher. There was also a lot of stuff on top of the dryer, including a rice machine. The oven and kitchen corner has no air extraction whatsoever, which makes it smelly and even dangerous, especially having in account that the over works with *bottled gas*. The living room space has a table that's too big for circulating, and there is all sorts of furniture that seem to be leftover from another apartement cluttering the room. The wardrobe is filled with clothes (presumabily from the host). The WC is small, but that's ok, apart form the bath cabin being way to small, and broken. The toilet discharge is also secured by duct tape. The washing machine discharge is on top of the washing basing, which is far from higyenic. On top of all this, there is a regular room door separating the apartment from the neighbour, which made us feel unsafe and feeling lack of privacy. The pictures of the house were also very different from what we found. It seems this house was bigger, or differently provisioned some time ago, and that it was split in two so it could afford two rentings. The fact the kitchen corner is clearly not prepared to be a kitchen, and other contraptions suggest this indeed, that the apartment was split in two so it could be rented twice. As it sits, unfortunately it should not be listed for renting.

The landlord Domenico is amazing as he assured we had everything we needed to stay comfy, giving us informations about public transport and what to visit around. The one bedroom flat was very comfy and clean. Excellent position as you can easily reach the main attractions by walk. Moreover, there is a great restaurant just beside the flat where we had a scrumptious dinner. We also found everything we needed to spent a good time. Thank you so much 💓.

Friendly owner, very comfortable bed and kitchen. The apartament was very well equipped.

We saw owner only once but she was friendly. Flat is 20min to center.

Bari is shocking dirty city! Half day to visit historic center is enough. Flat is good for 2people, not four.

Good location with a great local market nearby.

Difficult to find a parking place in the street but there is a good parking place in a reasonable walking distance.
