we had cockroaches. When we told the landlord this, he didn't believe us and responded very rudely. He then allegedly called in experts who, by chance, found nothing. In general, the room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures and there were crazy neighbors who, as soon as you talked in the evening, would knock on the wall and scream like crazy. Never again, especially not for the price!

The apartment looked nothing like the photos. I mean that only about half of the photos posted were of the actual property. In the photos it’s made to look like it has one bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. Which is false. It’s just the one room with a double bed and a bunk bed, with a small kitchen, which was fine but had a coffe macchine but no cups(or at least we couldn’t find them) which we found strange. the balcony mentioned in the listing is technically there but is more of a ledge with railing. On top of this, the shower was falling apart any time you moved the door to close or open it. It was also incredibly loud, you can hear every single car passing on the street below incredibly well. Plus, there is another room that she rents that was conjoined to ours with an internal door, which means you can hear everything the other guests are doing, and it has a small window above the door so if they decide to turn on the light at night(which they did) you get to sleep with a light on whether you want to or not. The first night she also started knocking on our door repeatedly at 8am., which was not only annoying as we were still sleeping but also incredibly strange. The problem for us was not that the apartment was this way, I’m sure some people would have happily stayed there but it’s not okay to list something as one thing and provide something completely different. Bottom line, that’s not what we agreed to rent when we made the booking and ended up leaving a day early from our trip because we couldn’t sleep in this accommodation. We reached out to booking the night we arrived, so that they could review the property and hold them accountable for the discrepancies in their listing. they just suggested messaging the owner. we did not do this as we didn’t want to make the situation worse than it already was. Booking ended up passing along the complaint to the owner to which they have provided no response to.

everything was clean, there was everything you need for a stay and the staff was amazing

Welcoming host, the apartment has all the facilities. Good location, close to everything you need.
