Well situated between the station and the main city attractions. Would rate cleanliness as excellent.

Had some problems contacting Riccardo on arrival.

Very good location, short walk to the station, city center, sea and old town. There Is everything you need for your short or long stay, tea and coffee, lots of cooking accessories if you want to cook by yourself. Air-conditioning works good for hot days, mid September over 30 degrees C outside.

The street is very busy but window closed and it is okay. Shower is pretty tiny space, it is challenging to get in and out if you are not a tiny person 😄

When I needed a support about the facility in the room, Mr. Ricardo came to help with his wife and solved the issue very quickly.

Nice and cozy place reachable by foot from the train station. We were impressed by the friendliness of the host and also by the little things we found in the fridge that made our mornings better. We highly recommend this location.

Location close to city centre, the owner waited us with breakfast products, coffee, toast, butter...... The apartment is also close to the supermarket, gelateria, train station, shops.The owner waited us and gave general instructions about how to use facilities.

We wanted to have fresh air during the night but, because of traffic, it was too noisy to sleep overnight with open windows;

Everything was as presented, apartment close to the city center. Also had a late check-out, perfect for my flight late afternoon! I would definitely come back! Thank you for a great stay...best regards!
